La Corvette Olive Marseille soap flakes are made from 100% plant-based oils in Marseille, using the traditional cauldron-cooking method. These flakes are guaranteed to be free from palm oil, colorants, fragrances, and preservatives. This product allows for extremely gentle washing of all delicate fabrics (silk, wool, lace, etc.). By dissolving the flakes in very hot water, you can make your own laundry detergent. It is a natural and effective alternative to synthetic detergents.
The color of the soap may vary from light green to dark green depending on the production batches due to the vegetable oils used from one cauldron to another. This gives La Corvette soaps the authenticity of a product made from natural materials and does not alter the quality of the finished product.

La Corvette – Savonnerie du Midi Marseille soaps contain a minimal amount of glycerin, which is naturally derived from the saponification process and not added to the soap. This glycerin is removed during the washing stages of the Marseille process, but a slight trace remains in the finished product, and regulations require La Corvette to list it in their ingredients.

For machine washing: In a recycled 2 L container, dissolve 60 g of flakes in 1 L of very hot water. Shake and let it sit for 24 hours. Mix the resulting detergent again and add 1 L of cold water. Stir thoroughly. You can add baking soda, essential oils for fragrance, and/or white vinegar as a softener to this detergent. Pour 100 ml of the obtained liquid directly into your machine. Shake the detergent before each use.
For hand washing: In a basin, dissolve 10 g of flakes in very hot water and let the laundry soak. Rub and then rinse.
